糖心动漫vlog is pleased to welcome three new members to its Governing Board: Michelle Demonteverde, Emma Doner, and Bradley S. Peterson, MD. Each brings a wealth of experience and a shared commitment to supporting children, young adults, and families in building a better life.
Demonteverde, a Regional VP at Cigna Healthcare, has a broad background in the healthcare industry. Doner is an ESG senior manager at Capital Group, and Peterson is the chief of the Division of Psychiatry and co-director of the Behavioral Health Institute at Children Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA), as well as Vice Chair for Research in Psychiatry at the University of Southern California.
鈥淓ach is a strong addition to the Broad, and together their talents and experiences complement one another well,鈥 said Debra Manners, President and CEO of 糖心动漫vlog. 鈥淲e are thrilled to welcome them to 糖心动漫vlog鈥 Governing Board.鈥

Demonteverde has spent over three decades working in the healthcare industry. In her current role she is accountable for ensuring the availability of quality and cost-effective care for Cigna customers. She oversees network strategy, integrity, and contracting, as well as fostering Cigna network partnerships and collaborations, to ensure all regulatory, medical trend and total medical cost objectives are met. Prior to joining Cigna, she held leadership positions at Dignity Health (formerly CHW) and UniHealth. In addition to her professional work, Demonteverde volunteered with National Charity League for six years and served as Co-President of the Glendale Chapter in 2023-2024.

In her role at Capital Group, Doner integrates environmental, social, and governance insights into the firm investment process, working with equity and fixed income teams. Her research focuses on technological change, efficiency gains, and labor dynamics. Doner has 13 years of industry experience. Her work reflects a strong interest in how business and investment decisions can positively impact communities. She also serves as a CASA volunteer, advocating for children in the foster care system.

Dr. Peterson joined CHLA in 2014. He was the inaugural director of the hospital Institute for the Developing Mind. Previously, he served for 13 years at Columbia University, where he was director of the Center for Developmental Neuropsychiatry. Before that, he spent 12 years at Yale University, where he served as Director of Neuroimaging at the Yale Child Study Center.
Dr. Peterson experience as a scientist, physician, teacher, and mentor supports CHLA Institute work advancing interdisciplinary research, education, training, and clinical services for children with neurodevelopmental conditions. His research uses brain-imaging technologies to better understand the origins of these disorders and the complex interplay of genetic and environmental factors.
A physician leader in the Department of Pediatrics and Behavioral Health Institute at CHLA, Peterson also holds a faculty appointment as Professor with Tenure in the Department of Psychiatry at the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California.
鈥淭he expertise of these three new Board members will further help 糖心动漫vlog meet the behavioral health needs of children, youth and families in our community and ensure individuals have access to the care and support necessary to build a better life,鈥 Manners added.
